One: Joining conditions:

3. People who are familiar with the operation of local retail markets,and have certain retail managing ability and experiences.

4. Places where boast certain commercial conditions,convenient traffic and steady-going customers and consumption groups.

5. People who own ability for capital investment and turnover.

Two: Joining Process

1. Filling "Purchase Order" and then fax it to Sales Dept. of the company,the first order amount should be not less than 5000 Yuan,Fax No.: 0579-85163693

2. The "Purchase Order" will be faxed back by administrators of Sales Dept. to franchisees within one working day after the company gets the fax.

3. Franchisees should transfer or send money whose amount should be same as "Purchase Order" to the appointed account number of the company; goods will be delivered after the company gets money.

4."Waybill" should be faxed to franchisees after the company delivers the goods.
